ArkWords is all about words! It features a comprehensive dictionary, thesaurus, and translator. It also speaks the words in English and other languages. When enabled in preferences, the word of the day can be shown as a Live Tile on your start screen (just tap-and-hold ArkWords in your app list and choose “pin to start”)*** Changes ***

Love the app, but needs a WP8 wide tile for the word of the day.

The translator is very helpful. Then I started to use the dictionary and in my opinion, the definitions are more complete, wide ranged. Now, after I've said that, WHY is it that when I try to get a translation from English to Swedish, I didn't get an English translation, but Swedish?

This app is AWESOME! Getting older has really made many of my vocabulary & grammar skills slow down so this is helping me back up. I feel smart again. Lol! Seriously though, I highly recommend to anyone that loves to learn. 10 stars from me!!

One of the best and handiest apps for a Word Fan... Dictionary, thesaurus & translator all in one! Plus, cool Word of the Day. Who could ask for anything more? :-D

Jeff, please use the app before rating, don't embarrass yourself lol. Go to preferences -> translator, then choose Google, you'll find Filipino option to translate. Problem is usually the user. About app, a bit hard to select translated text to Copy&Paste.

I went through a couple dictionary apps before I found this one,and this one is definitely best. It offers a dictionary, thesaurus, and translator all in one app, yet is still faster than the Dictionary.com app and is a lot cleaner as well.
