This is a very good app to learn the different pronunciations of a word from different people from different regions for the same language or words from different languages. It is an open database enriched by the contributions of all people. In many cases the contribution is either empty, or cut. A star system to indicate the quality of the contribution is included but it gave me unmatched results in terms of quality. A standard phonetic for words in English was not found (like in the Merriam-Webster online dictionary). This looks like a project in its starting phase with many opportunities to include thousands of words that are missing (only reviewed some of the English contributions). This app will give you one or many ways to pronounce a word, not necessarily the correct way, if there is one.
