Dr. Phluff has always meddled with the order of nature and this time he sought to create the cutest animal ever conceived. He failed. In a disastrous but not entirely unexpected turn of events his experiment was a catastrophe and he created a being of darkness. Black, heartless and with zero desire to be nice, kind, or worse of all cute. Yes, he created YOU! A slimy black blob with three tentacles, a claw, and a never ending appetite for eyeballs.
Tentacles is a completely new take on the platform genre. Use your tentacles to make your way through Dr. Phluff. Yes, that’s right, you’re actually inside him. It is a ghoulish and ghastly world inhabited by other genetically modified monsters created by Dr. Phluff’s experiments. Guess what, they’re all hungry and you just made the menu. Use your tentacle skills to outrun Dr. Phluff’s acid attacks and face off against bad-ass creatures in awesome boss battles.

Great control scheme, excellent graphics. Levels start to repeat a theme quickly though, leaving the few boss fights as only thing to look forward to. Would have been better if half as long.

Bought this game in December, played a level, and am now able to come back to it. Very unique game; Marvelous graphics, interesting back story/video and there are so many levels. You will get so much more gameplay than what you pay for this app. Overall, a superb game. I am glad I have a Lumia 900 to play this on!

What **. Game ran fine for a week. Updated and now phone crashes so hard I have to fully reboot. Enjoyed it for the most part. Want my buck back.

Absolutely amazing! This is the flagship game for the platform. Awesome graphics, doesn't freeze up. Really cool gameplay. Interesting mini movies. Really challenging, and can get frustrating, but that just adds to the "worthwhileness" of the game. Each level has basically four levels to beat; Just beating it, collecting all the little bubble things, making it through without dying, and passing the challenge. If you get stuck on a level, go back and try to beat your own score in previous levels. You will likely build the skills/strategy to pass the harder levels. Great game in so many ways! Update: Six months after first playing; still amazing. Well-worth the money I spent. Update update: PLEASE UPDATE FOR WINDOWS PHONE 8!! I have to use my old phones to play this. Making it available on WP8 is an important way to show off the platform. Make it so.

Great game. Graphics are amazing and what I wish all mobile games were held to. Challenging but doable...at 28/40 for 3 stars. Great work!
