We at WP7applist.com are developers, just like you, so we know how hard it is to stand out from the crowd as the number of apps & publishers in the Marketplace grows larger and larger. This site wasn't born to be only a catalog of apps, instead we want to put the spotlight on the best apps available apps for Windows Phone 7, the ones that users can't live without.

We struggle to do this free of charge for everyone, but you can immagine that running a set of services like the ones that WP7applist provides, will cost some money. So here are the available options (both free and paid) for developers and publishers to have their app featured on the site... and to help us long live!

Featured Apps

We currently have a couple places where we can feature apps that we think deserve it:

  • The coverflow interface in our homepage features both the most popular apps at the moment in the Marketplace, and some apps of our choice.
  • The sidebar holds a small spot where each week we will try to find an 'App of the Week' app, to suggest to our users.

Advertising

We offer advertising opportunities through our partner BuySellAds.com
Currently, there are a few ad spots available on the right sidebar. Each spot is 125x125px, so it can easily accomodate your app's icon and its name. Please see our listing on BSA to see up to date fees.

Social networks

We ping our followers & fans on Twitter and Facebook for pretty much every new release, update or price drop that happens on the Marketplace. Run a seach on Twitter for your app, chances are our tweet is there. Retweet it for a quick and easy popularity boost!
Promote your app from your Twitter account using our link (you can do so from your app's page on WP7applist), and mention us on twitter @WP7applist to get a re-tweet from us.
